AI Integration & Consulting

Where the real leverage is

Most AI projects fail because the work wasn't defined clearly enough for the agent to succeed. We don't just set up tools — we redesign workflows around them, structure your knowledge so agents find the right context, and build evaluation checkpoints so you catch errors before they compound. AI is fluently wrong — confident even when it's not — and that's exactly why implementation matters more than the technology.

Knowledge Architecture

Your AI is only as good as the knowledge it can access. We structure your business information — docs, processes, institutional knowledge — so agents find the right context for the right task.

Process Documentation

Turn undocumented tribal knowledge into structured, AI-enabled processes. Populate stale Confluence pages. Build the knowledge base your future agents need.

Workflow Translation

We take your “that's just how we do it” processes and turn them into documented, repeatable, AI-ready workflows.

Email Triage & Routing

AI agents that classify, prioritise, and route incoming mail — so your team handles what matters, not everything.

Compliance Workflow Agents

Automated compliance checking and reporting that actually understands your regulatory obligations.

Agent Quality & Oversight

We know what agent failure looks like — context degradation, specification drift, silent errors that look right but aren't. We design the guardrails so you don't have to learn the hard way.

Early-Adopter Programs

A shared brain your business actually owns

Built on GBrain · Client pilots underway now

Two problems land at once for businesses getting serious about AI: your knowledge is siloed — email threads, SharePoint folders, people's heads — so every person and every AI session starts cold. And most products that fix the silo do it by locking your institutional knowledge inside their platform. A Company Brain fixes the silo without inheriting the lock-in: a self-hosted, access-controlled knowledge layer — your clients, projects and SOPs as plain, git-backed files in your own environment — kept fresh on a schedule and queryable by your staff's own AI tools over MCP, with per-person access scoping enforced at the database layer.

Because the knowledge is yours in portable files, you can swap models, agent harnesses or chat platforms any time — the brain stays. We've already swapped our own brain stack once; it cost us an afternoon, not our knowledge. We build on GBrain, the open-source shared-brain stack from Y Combinator's Garry Tan, we run the same stack on our own business, and client pilots with Sydney businesses are underway now. We're taking a small number of additional early-adopter clients.

Your people and your agents, in the same channels

Buzz (buzz.xyz) · Operated in-house — client pilots planned

Launched by Jack Dorsey's Block in July 2026, Buzz puts your people and your AI agents in the same workspace — chat, projects and delegated work in one place, with every agent holding its own identity, keys and permissions. It's early, and that's exactly why it matters: we self-host Buzz, run our own production agents on it daily, and are preparing client pilots. If you want agents that work as accountable team members rather than another browser tab, we already run our own that way — and we'll tell you honestly whether your business is ready for it.

Both programs are early-stage by design. Early-adopter clients get founding-client attention, we publish what we learn, and nothing goes live in your business without the same classification, access-scoping and oversight discipline we apply to everything else. One thing we're upfront about: your staff's AI tools send approved, scoped excerpts to commercial LLM providers under enterprise no-training terms — owning your knowledge means you can take it anywhere, not that it never touches a model. GBrain and Buzz are open-source projects of their respective creators (Garry Tan; Block, Inc.). Chatswood Computer Consultants is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either.

Managed IT Services

Proactive, not reactive

Proactive monitoring, patching, and cloud management across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Microsoft 365. We keep Sydney businesses' infrastructure healthy so you can focus on running your business.

Cloud Infrastructure

AWS, Azure, GCP management. Migration planning, cost optimisation, and ongoing administration.

Microsoft 365

Tenant administration, user management, security configuration, and licence optimisation.

Monitoring & Patching

Proactive system monitoring, automated patching, and incident response before issues impact your business.

Backup & Recovery

Automated backup verification and disaster recovery planning. Because ‘it should be fine’ isn’t a backup strategy.

Security Stack

Hands-off protection

Endpoint protection, email security, Microsoft 365 tenant hardening, and ongoing monitoring. Contributes to ACSC Essential Eight compliance and meets common cyber insurance requirements. We deploy it, manage it, and keep it current — you don't think about it.

As AI agents handle more of your operations, the question shifts from “is my endpoint secure” to “what happens when the agent gets it wrong?” We design human-in-the-loop boundaries based on cost-of-error and reversibility — so the right things get automated and the risky things get reviewed.

About

Boutique IT consulting for businesses that want real answers, not ticket queues.

Chatswood Computer Consultants is a Sydney-based IT consultancy founded by Victor Hong. 25+ years across accounting, legal, medical, manufacturing, finance, retail, VFX, and geosciences — in Australia and Canada. That breadth means we spot what works and what doesn't pretty quickly.

Our focus has shifted to where IT and AI intersect — helping businesses figure out which workflows actually benefit from automation, and which are just hype. The real value isn't in the tooling. It's in understanding your business well enough to know what “done” actually looks like.

We don't just advise on agents — we operate them. OpenClaw and Hermes agents run in production at real companies today, on live workflows, under oversight patterns we designed.
